Bowl Season has been a snoozer

I've been sitting here watching Bowl Season in it's entirety, and I've noticed that most of the New Year's Day games have been blowouts, lopsided games with one team blowing out the other. Where are the close games?!

Hopefully the Sugar Bowl later on today should generate some volumes, if doesnt, then I guess I'll catch up on some sleep. ;)

I'd like to know what the BCS will look like after Bowl Season, looking for sites that have updated numerical info on the current BCS Standings.

Looking forward to the NFL wildcard games today, Tenn vs Balt. should be a good one. My girlfriends cousin plays for the Ravens, his name is Anthony Weaver,#98. Real nice guy, Ray Lewis has kind of taken him under his wing. I hope to go see them play next year when i move back east. Of course the Pats are my favorite, but the Ravens are a close second. The Bowl games have been crappy, the officiating has been horrible too. I think most sports writers will have USC as the #1 team in the nation next week.

if your lookin for something good today before the nfl wildcards, maybe you will be lucky enough that your local CBS affiliate will be carrying the Syracuse-Michigan St. Basketball game... gonna be a great matachup, and whenever these two teams play, always an exciting game

ps. Go 'cuse

What are you talking about the sun bowl was unreal with oregon vs. minnesota. it was a nail biter till the end the score kept going back and forth one of the best games of the year.

I had picked Oregon in the Fan. Football game so I was pulling for them. But it didn't happen

I blame the coach for that one, they should have made Minnesota burn a down and not given em extra time to plan everything out. Plus by calling a timeout, Minnesota gained 6 yards on third down and you saw how close the field goal was. If he'd kicked it from 48 yards out he'd have missed it.

You must have been watching the wrong games. :p Ga. went to O.T. Ole Miss and OKS was right down to the wire and the Orange Bowl was close. Mich could not hang with USC, but not many can. They should have been in the Sugar with LSU. KSU gave Ohio a game late, but they were over matched.

Oh I forgot about the Georgia and Purdue game. That was a very good game to .
