GEM is looking for sponsorship to field a fourth car. If sponsorship cannot be found, Allmendinger will replace Elliott Sadler in the #19 car.

Love to know where you read that, but in some ways, it makes sense. Don't get me wrong, I've always liked Elliott, but he falls in the category of Michael Waltrip. Now and then he shows some promise, but for most of the time, he's just a back marker. If Elliott is let go, he may follow in the same footsteps as Jeremy Mayfield, having pick up a ride here and there. Or, he could step down to the truck series and go to work for Bill Davis. Bill needs a new driver for his championship team since the current driver won't be driving for him next year.

Well its been a day i have looked at just about ever nascar site and i havent heard one peep about this other than here. I think your just blowing smoke.
