Extremely crude and insensitive at the least. Mosley's gotta go.

FIA president Max Mosley is under intense pressure to resign his position with the Formula 1 governing body after the British tabloid News of the World divulged an illicit video showing Mosley with a group of prostitutes dressed as Nazi prison guards.

Several media outlets report that the video is said to show Mosley at a high-end brothel in Chelsea, taking part in several hours of role-playing and sado-masochistic behavior. The part of the tape that raises the most concern is Mosley reportedly speaking German with the prostitutes, who were dressed as Nazis.

The allegations have shocked many in Britain, particularly Jewish leaders, who are calling for Mosley’s resignation.

Actually I hope he stays and stretches this scandal thin, that way F1 will be gone from the American spectrum of motorsports for good.

Life's hard when you're in a high office, ya know?

Eh? Maybe in some countries.

Where was the outrage of Jewish leaders in this country when that nice Jewish girl was giving Slick Willy blow jobs in the oval office? Didn't hear them yelling for his resignation.

I guess it's the uniform thing. Nazi uniforms are bad but a president with his pants down to his ankles is ok. :D

I heard a blip of this on the radio today. While I find it pretty hilarious, I certainly disagree with you about F1 leaving the American spectrum of motorsports. As a racing fan (and by racing fan, I mean nearly ALL form of auto racing) I'd rather see F1 get stronger in the states rather than disappear. Maybe you don't like F1 racing, Andy. Maybe it's a different form of racing that what you do like, but it can be exciting as hell, if for different reasons.

I like all forms of racing, but I don't like F1. The racing sucks.

Oh yeah, what's with the umbrellas every race?

The umbrellas? I think it's kind of a driver pampering thing. Keep the sun off the driver.

But I have to disagree. No racing sucks. It may not be what everyone likes, but whether it's the high-speed, strategy filled F1 race, the side-by-side dirt track racing, the 3-second top-fuel runs or even the one-car-at-a-time run up Pike's Peak, it's all racing. Can't say I like it all, but you'll never catch me saying any class of racing sucks.

But that'[s just me:)

F1's the only type of racing I DON'T like.

Hm, curious. Does that include IRL and the (now defunct) champ car? The aforementioned Pike's Peak? World Rally Cup?Motocross and AMA superbikes?

And what's your stance on winged vs. wingless sprints? (the topic intrigues me)

Or Andy, how about outboard motorboat racing? How about swamp buggy racing? As for me, I love it all...anything with an engine and some things that don't have an engine.

I love IRL. World Rally's pretty cool, motocross is as well. AMA Superbikes, I'll watch on SPEED but not a huge fan.

F1's the only type of racing I don't really like. The pampered drivers getting in their hi-tech racecars with their on board computers with brands like Ferrari and McClaren. (yawn)

The day I see a halfway exciting F1 race, well maybe I'll become a fan. It just bores the hell out of me.

Sorry, I just cannot get into the whole lawnmower racing thing. :)

Then you missed the first race of the season in Australia. The race had eveything. One thing about F1, is it's exciting in different ways.

Funny, I was on my way up to VMS, and drove past a lawnmower race. Personally, I'd much rather see late models and sprint cars:)

VMS opens this weekend.

And, no, I can't afford the gas to go down. :(

And now, Maryland is planning to raise the gas tax 35%!

Actually, VMS opened this past weekend, when it was freakin'g 40 degrees outside. Awesom racing though!

Hampton roads is about to raise gas tax as well, claiming money for roads.

Only way I'd move back to Hampton Roads is if it was coming attached with a $70,000+/yr. job offer.
