BREAKING RECORDS - Jeff Gordon could make history several times over during the Aaron's 499 on Sunday, April 29. If Gordon wins the race, which is scheduled to be held on what would have been Dale Earnhardt's 56th birthday, he will accomplish the following feats:
Pass Earnhardt on the all-time win list to take sole ownership of sixth place with 77 victories. Ironically, Earnhardt's 76th win came at Talladega Superspeedway on October 15, 2000.
Tie Dale Earnhardt, Jr. with number of wins, five, and most among active drivers, at Talladega Superspeedway.
Place Rick Hendrick in a tie for first place with Richard Childress for all-time NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series winning car owners at Talladega Superspeedway.

Dang i knew there was a reason why my favorite track is Talladega. the posibilities are endless.

We need Yoda back on the hood on the 24 car though. LOL

How bad do you think the Jr. fans will freak out if Gordon wins this race. I expect to see the worst come out in them if it happens. They are the number one reason I like Gordon.

I'd be saying, Jeff, keep the window net up

Its about time Nascar puts camera concetrated on the crowd and someone watching..put a stop to this crap..it really is getting annoying.

I was at Dega back in 04 when we won. All the talk shows and everyone was saying that the fans were mad that the race ended under yellow, but how come no one tossed a beer when Trux won the busch race under yellow and JR finished 2nd? Im not saying it was all Dale JR fans doing it on sunday, but most of there were fans of the 8. I had this one drunk guy tell me "man, i like Jeff Gordon, and Dale Jr, but this yellow was bulls***" But i know he was to drunk to toss a beer.

JR said he did not see any budwiser cans out there, but i sure did. ;)

Either that or teach em how to throw.... If Gordan is leading what are the chances one of them would throw himself in front of his car. :lilangel:

That race was also bull, and you know it. Brian Vickers spun the car by himself just as Gordon got the lead.

I wouldn't have thrown beer cans, but I would've spoken with NASCAR officials and asked why the caution was thrown in the first place.

Just DO IT!!!! Big Boy. LOL:bounce:

Like NASCAR really care what any fan thinks.
