Unfortunately weather could end up being the story tonight. Locally they are calling for better than a 50% chance of thunderstorms. They're basically calling for that same thing all day long.

Saw many of the haulers pulling into the track yesterday afternoon and evening. Let's hope they can get this off today.
 
I live nearby and they have been saying that crap all week long and it changes by the hour. Since I'm going to the race tonight, its going to rain. Bad luck

Heh you guys going to the race , I was there ten..fifteen years ago...section 27 row 13 ...sitting next to a pretty blond in a real tight Junior t shirt . If you see her , would you tell her the phone number she gave me didn't work? She'd probably be 55-60 yrs now. Bet she's still a looker . Has trouble remembering her phone number though. :)

I wish you people would quit talking about this "rain" stuff. I have NO idea what that stuff is.
Doing my rain dance seems to make it rain everywhere but here.
 
Out of the last 62 days we have only had 4 days without any rain, please call it away for just a few days so we can dry out a little. Rain is good but enough is enough for a little while anyway.
 
Updated forecast from the track.....

Rain has decreased. Light rain possible starting 5:30-5:40. It will last approx 30-40 minutes. Less than .10`` of rain expected. No lightning.

We're still on Speed Channel here in Canada and the guide is FUBAR so I didn't think it was on but decided to check and there it is :)

It is showing the truck race as on at 9:00 pm ADT, however.

They need to get FS2 in more households. I want to watch the modifieds. My cable co won't even offer it as an option.
 
I think they are going to have to call for a backup flagman for this Modified race. This guys arm is getting tired!

When I called my bunch, they didn't know what FS2 was. They still don't have the menu for FS1 working..it says no info available., but it works, so I got that much at least.
