It was a good race at Brownstown. I didn't care for the facilities much though. The lines for the food and restrooms were ridiculous, i didn't bother with those. Didn't like the grandstands much or the fact that the track lets the locals come in and reserve seats the Thursday before the race. I'm glad I was able to go though as I couldn't come up with the funds to go to Sebring...

i always hate when people do that too, show up really early and lay blankets down. It's even worse when they do that and then you hardly see 'em.

It doesn't bother me the day of the race, I try to always be there pretty early and hang out all day. It's BS when they allow them to come in a few days early, it's screwing anyone that has a really long drive. And yeah, they don't even show up a lot of the time, the 2 seats next to me were saved and nobody showed up for the race.
