Boy that sure was a nice race. Especially after the ARCA disaster. If you did not see it, there was a bad wreck on the last lap of the the ARCA race that speed channel didn't seem to want to acknowledge that had even happened. Maybe they do not think it was important because it was only ARCA, but the only times I have not seen the replay a bad wreck over and over is when somebody was seriously hurt. They never said if everyone was alright, only that they were waiting for confirmation.

(2-13-05) Injury Report: Billy Venturini and Dan Shaver, involved in a lap 63 incident in the Advance Discount Auto Parts 200 at Daytona Int'l Speedway Saturday night, were transported, conscious and alert, to Halifax Medical Center. Shaver was treated and released while Venturini was admitted for further evaluation and observation. An update on Venturini will be forthcoming.
