Busch: Coulter Truck bump was congratulatory

Kyle Busch addressed the media today at Pocono. From Jayski's:

Do you understand why Richard Childress was mad last week?

"Me giving a congratulatory bump to Joey Coulter is what tipped him (Richard Childress) over the edge there. I don't recall anytime -- face-to-face conversation where Richard did tell me that, 'If you touch another one of my cars I'm going to come find you.' I don't know if it was ever said in the media, but it was never relayed to me."

Did you know how much damage there was on Joey Coulter's truck at Kansas?

"No, I didn't feel like I hit him all that hard. I just thought I rubbed him a little bit. Typically when you rub a guy, you don't see much damage from it. The trucks are so different too. I forgot about how the left-front fender on a truck -- the nose is so much wider than the tire is so it kind of sticks out a little further so maybe there was more damage than I thought I would have caused. That's entirely my fault -- I'm the one that instigated it there or initiated it. As far as him having to fly out body hangers and all that stuff -- if it's something they didn't feel that they could hammer and dolly out, sorry it came

i think i need to avoid "kyle" topics until kentucky. or maybe bristol. til then, i'm going to put myself on nascar probation.;)
 
SportsCenter is Goin' Heavy on this topic.. DW said they shouldn't have fined Childress anything... Fans are sending Childress Money to help pay the fine...lol...Perfect!!

Busch has since apologized for the speeding incident and contends he wasn’t the aggressor in either incident with Harvick or Childress.

“The villain-type thing, I’m not sure that I really did a whole lot to bring that back upon myself,” Busch said. “I feel like I’ve acted in the utmost respect to every case that’s come up my way and has been thrown in front of me. I’ve tried to do it with dignity and class.”

Respect, Dignity and Class...that about sums up Kyle Busch ;)

Clutch, you seem to have Kyle figured out pretty good. We all know he is one of the best drivers on the track in nacar today. Now he is starting to handel himself with more class off the track. He definitely makes a race more exciting. He even makes this forum more exciting. I get as much entertainment out of reading all the Kyle hater posts as I do watching the race.:)

When I 1st saw the incident I thought it looked like Kyle was congratulating him for a good race, I never thought it was anything else. I think Childress was just looking for a reason to smack Kyle. It's OK for Harvick to do $hit like that because he's Childress's boy but not someone that's driving a Toyota.

I heard Kyle say yesterday on one of the shows that his fans sent him money to pay his fine too but he didn't go around bragging about it. He is a nut case.

I guess he's talking about the one he got for Harvick because he didn't get fined for the Childress one,right.?
 
Harvick deserved what kyle gave him. Grandpa needs to drop that garbage

I don't think you guys realize how much entertainment you give us back at our race shop when you bash kyle. The more someone stands up for him, the more you bash him. All the guys get a good laugh at some of the stuff you come up with.

I want to be entertained. I will never tell you to stop bashing anyone. The bashing posts are some of the more entertaining posts. Plus it is where you get someones no holds barred views. I get almost as much entertainment from this forum after a race, then I do from the race it's self.:)
