Busch: Hendrick knows what they'll be missing

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Kyle Busch is driven by the knowledge that Hendrick Motorsports brought in Dale Earnhardt Jr. to replace him on the team for 2008. Busch signed on with Joe Gibbs Racing, where he'll team up in 2008 with Tony Stewart and Denny Hamlin, forming a formidable trio. Busch will replace JJ Yeley of Phoenix, who is now looking for a team for 2008. "(Hendrick Motorsports) know what they're going to be missing," Busch said. "They've had a Chase contender out of me the past two years, and Dale Earnhardt Jr. hasn't been in the Chase the past two years. "I'm just going out there (in his remaining races for Hendrick) to try to do the best that I possibly can and not to really worry about anything else. I'm mainly worried about making sure that Kyle Busch is as fast as he can be every week, be competitive and win races." -- Arizona Republic

Yikes - the Red Hat Mafia will be calling for a Fatwa on him.

Put Kyle in a Toyota and turn the boy loose. I think he's going to be one sick driver...

let kyle run his mouth...thats all he does anyways.

by the way...Jr did make the chase last year....surely he would know that after Jr finished 7th in the chase and he finished 10th last year.

I hope Joe and JD Gibbs can help little Kyle grow up a little bit.

They have tried with Tony, look how that has turned out. :AHHHH:

Kyle has alot of guts talking like that of Dale Jr.

Seen as how he has been more succesful then Kyle has been, i think Kyle ought to pipe down abit.

And no i am not defending Jr. just stating the facts.

I think Kyle is twice the driver that Jr. is.
Kyle has been very successful so far and he didn't have a 7 time champion teaching him while he was growing up.
I'm looking forward to Kyle whipping Jr's butt next year.

Kyle has 4 wins in 3 years. Lil'E has 17 wins in 8 years. So one would have to grudgingly admit that Lil'E has done marginally better. But, Kyle still has a lot of racing years ahead of him where Lil'E doesn't. Overall Kyle should have the most wins between the 2 at careers end.
