With all the exposure that Busch has gotten over the pass couple of weeks, I wonder will he file charges against Jimmy for that little tap on the noise Jimmy gave him? I also wonder if he can file charges since it was at the race track?????? Does anybody know?
 
The incident is in the hands of the District Attorney. Busch doesn't have anything to do with pressing any charges.

Now, can we just let this thing go???? Subject has been beaten like a dead horse. Please give it up! :angry:

At first I was so mad what Spencer did but then I heared about the in-car radio thing between him and his crew chief. Yes he got what he deserved but goodness do it off the track...but what ever.
