I will tell ya'll one thing, If I see them where I am I am going the other direction pronto. I can not imagine the agony that poor sob is going through in the original picture.

Hospital.

From the looks of thing, I think the Hospital is going to have to come to him, or he has a looooong walk ahead of him. Poor sob can not sit or lay down till those things are out and even then he may not sit for a while. LOL.
