My goodness, what a set of lungs on that little girl in the first picture.
She must need a 2x4 strapped to her back to allow her to stand up straight.
I wonder how many implants those took to achieve?

I get over-excited, my pace-maker can't keep up and I exhaust my supply of Nitro pills, have to call 911, get hauled to the local ER, need CPR and all sorts of other such treatment and I have to leave now as the firetrucks, police and ambulance have just arrived......
They're coming to take me away, ha ha hee hee ho ho.....
