I'm wonderng..is Waltrip really the only driver in favor of this change? I just read the interview with him at NASCAR.com and..well...he's gotta be getting paid....or something....maybe he's getting that extra mm on the plates....

Hi, I'm Michael Waltrip, I put a 20 in Bill France's pocket so this rule could be made. I'll slip in another 20 so restrictor plate races can dominate the schedule and Happy29 and I can be happy!
