Carolina QB Cam Newton injured in auto accident

I can't stand the guy but don't want to see him hurt.

Didn't look like a minor wreck at all and he couldn't stand up. Hope he recovers.

The truck looked in bad shape but at least it doesn't appear to be in bad shape. I kind of think I would let him sit out long enough to be sure he will be OK. They say the other guy is OK also. Still haven't heard what caused the accident yet.
 
Flipped that truck at least 3 times. Had to be haulin azz.

Click the link DP posted. Apparently the other driver ran a stop sign and clipped the truck.
 
Latest as of today, apparently newton was doing 35, the other guy 20, the other guy clipped the back of the truck while going across the intersection.

High center of gravity and that truck just started rolling. It's time to put him IR and let him recover the rest of the year, he's been banged up all year long, this isn't going to help.

I didn't pay attention if it was a hummer but even if it was and as top heavy as newtons truck was I can't believe that he flipped at least 4 times going 30 and 25 MPH respectively. I think somebody's lying.

Police report said he was going 35........
 
A lifted truck IS prone to roll over....

Yep. But I still don't understand how that thing flipped 4 or more times going 35 mph being hit by a Hummer doing 25 mph. That truck is heavy as hell. If that's true I'm missing something somewhere. Maybe it was lifted up and flipped by an aliens ray gun. :D
 
something seems amiss. Even if he nailed the throttle wide open to show off it seems weird. I do not feel the truck broke. that thing looks like a tank
