I was 10 years old when Star Wars: A New Hope came out. I, to this day, am still a huge Star Wars fan.
I am so sorry that she was unable to come out of this. May she rest in peace.

The wait at Grauman's Chinese in Hollywood for the opening of the original Star Wars was worth every minute. Carrie Fisher played a big part in this movie legend I got to see. I still can't believe she was 60 years old.
Oddly, she has no Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

I know nobody else thinks of her this way, but, although I have no use for Star Wars, I loved her in the Blues Brothers. I thought she was perfect for that role. Even though it was a smaller role, she was perfectly cast and just nailed it.Debbie Reynolds was a cutie back in the day. RIP
