I'm glad NASCAR stopped to figure this thing out. No way Casey should be out front. I just don't understand why it's was so hard to figure out a no-brainer.

yeah i agreed.

nascar has put the 60 out front as it should be. the 42 crew chief has to be dumb enough to think casey was first.

i laugh at hot he also said..."we're first and we'll win these thing" well better think again..

yeah, i think that's the guy that kneed robby in the groin, and then got choked out by Robby...kind of an odd feller.

It was kind of refreshing to see Mears take the blame for the collision between him and Edwards. However, I think that it was just a racing incident. Edwards forced Mears up the track when Mears was attempting the pass and Mears lost it a bit taking them both out. Tough luck for both of them.

I agree Muggle, that was good hard racing, and a racing deal.

Just to stir the pot, what do you think would have been said had it been Jimmie Johnson in front when Mears took the leader out?

My thoughts on this is really quite simple, this sport is so emotional that anything can happen and the drivers are all human. Some can suck it up and take what is thrown their way while others simply can't take losing. Carl tells of how he learned earlier in the year how to do this and I'd love to see Jimmie learn as well. I do think that one day, he will learn, to at least go with the flow and while not having to take the blame for what happens around him, admit not only to his fans, but to himself that racing is racing and all around him aren't going to lie down and let him win. And to be honest, this type of attitude is what turns some people off. Jimmie Johnson, at this time in his carreer, could have more fans than his teammate, Jeff Gordon, if only his attitude was different. I guess I've gone way overboard on this, so I'm gone.....
