It could be the start of a winning weekend for Helio Castroneves.

Federal prosecutors have dropped the remaining tax evasion charge against the 33-year-old race car driver/former "Dancing with the Stars" champ -- meaning he is completely in the clear. Helio was acquitted on all but one charge last month.

Castroneves has the pole position for Sunday's Indy 500. If he wins, we think he'll declare it on his taxes
