Census --- done!

Finally tracked down the local census guy. Got a form -- took a whole 5 minutes to fill it out.

We talked a few minutes. I couldn't get 1 form, he said he had received 4!

I just got finished putting up over 500 forms for people who live in appartments today. I find it very funny that on the date that the forms are supposed to be in that many, many homes just got them. I may work for the government, but it doesn't mean that I like what they do.

This year at least, be grateful it's only the US census you're asked to complete, and not the Indian one.

You might also try City Hall if the Library doesn't have any. I know that we got some to put out........I'll be glad to send you one if you can't find one!

I called a number today that was for "if you haven't recieved a form yet" and it was a recording saying the people are misinformed.The due date for the census forms is April 12th.If you haven't recieved 1 by then call back.

Seriously how accurate is this census going to be? There will be a lot of people who don't fill them out, people who don't get them, and forms that get lost in the mail(no offens Buck). Seems to me there should be a better way, like maybe checking soicial security numbers for living people. I just question the validity of the census.

They count illegals too. They want to know every person here. But don't worry. Soon there won't be any illegals

With the way they are or are not getting the forms to people I'm just hoping they know how to add or count correctly.
