how come when i try to change my avitar pic it says i can't

I need a little more information. You should be able to change it, unless the file is too large.

It could be that he is trying to add a Lil'E avatar and the new filter is blocking him...

There could be several reasons why it won't allow you to change your avatar, from not being the right file type to being too large. As TRL said, we need more info to help you out.

Maybe your trying to get the new Todd Bodine or Larry Foyt one's that everybody has now...I think it's a bandwidth problem :lol:
