I grew up listening to Charlie and I've always liked him. Glad to see we'd get along just fine if we were to ever meet. I'm getting frustrated with the rich & famous that feel the same way as Charlie but won't speak up & say something. The Sean Penns, Susan Sarandons, & all the other ignoramous rich & famous use their money & fame to get on tv and make anti-war & anti-Bush statements.... So far off the top of my head I can think of only 3 famous people that have spoken up for "our/my" side and that's Dennis Miller, Mikey Waltrip, & Charlie Daniels. That saddens me because I can think of a much larger list of people out there that are anti-everything and are speaking out.

I'm sure other celebrities have spoken in favor of Bush and the troops, but no one wants to show that. Doesn't make a good news story....

Fergy you hit the mark on the head. It didn't occur to me to stop and realize that..... DUH, I'm having to watch liberal tv networks. I know this, I just didn't stop to realize it for a moment and now that you're refreshed my memory, let me point this out..... I saw Dennis Miller on Larry King live by accident as I was flipping through the channels, I saw Mikey say it as a blurb right after the race, and I "heard" Charlie Daniels on a website. Meanwhile, I see the Cheryl Crows, Susan Sarandon's, and all the others on network tv. But network tv is unbiased........
