The Chase will begin next week after today's "elimination" round. It is anyone's guess who be eliminated/taken out today in, what for sure, will be a big wreck. I really don't like the spot Tony is in as he is near the group in front that just may cause the big one. :D

Oh the big one will happen today, for sure.
I hope nobody gets hurt.
Restrictor plate track + Junk COT = Disaster.

I'm scared about this race causing some injury that may end a career. Let's PRAY it doesn't happen!

Holy cow, you people are so very pessimistic. C'mon, this COT is a much safer car than the older car. Yes, they will be bunched together, but if I can remember right, that's the way they run here and at Daytona.

Y'all are acting like this is something new for these guys.

The only thing that makes me a little uneasy(other than I hate plate racing) is the limited visibilty of hand signals --- the "I'm going to pit" signal is imperative.

I just hope spotters and drivers stay on their toes.

There's always been the "Big One" at Talledega. Plates, COT, it doesn't matter. JR. said he's wearing white gloves so they can see his hand signals better. (wonder if Tony has a certain finger in white?)

While I certainly understand what you are saying CB, this car on a superspeedway IS something new.
