That will be enough of that!
Crossing my fingers for Briscoe in the 18. What a fine successor he’d be to the champions that have driven that number for JGR.I can only hope that they go back to the #18 for Chase. It feels weird to not have a JGR #18 out there.
I am enjoying this era of likable Toyota drivers with a little Denny Time sprinkled in. I would assume that Chase would work with James Small. How do you feel about that v. Boswell? I truly am excited to have Chase onboard. Perfect fit. LFG!Briscoe is immensely talented, he almost made it to the final four in 2022 when SHR was struggling. JGR made a wise decision in scooping him up. I have no doubt Briscoe will make the most out of this opportunity. He must be thrilled at the thought of being a Gibbs driver, not many in the history of NASCAR can say that.
That's a tough call. Small is more proven, but Boswell has the chemistry. I personally would go with Boswell.I am enjoying this era of likable Toyota drivers with a little Denny Time sprinkled in. I think he is a Hemric myself. IMO he is with the worst team for having any security or longevity unless he does what you are hoping. I think he has a shot on the short tracks.Briscoe is going to win... a lot. It'll be Matt Kenseth first year in the #20 all over again.
Briscoe is sneaky good at road courses as well. And for some reason he does really well at Darlington.I think he is a Hemric myself. IMO he is with the worst team for having any security or longevity unless he does what you are hoping. I think he has a shot on the short tracks.
Get used to this crap @JJ_14! White noise. LOLI think he is a Hemric myself. IMO he is with the worst team for having any security or longevity unless he does what you are hoping. I think he has a shot on the short tracks.
Like I said. I think he has a shot on the short tracks. I know it is tough but you have to read the whole sentence. We'll see when he gets to the big stuff. Of course you make a habit of celebrating before the race is run.Get used to this crap @JJ_14! White noise. LOL
A sequence of sentences....most of which are the same BS as usual.Like I said. I think he has a shot on the short tracks. I know it is tough but you have to read the whole sentence. We'll see when he gets to the big stuff. Of course you make a habit of celebrating before the race is run.
I made them shorter hoping you could grasp them easier. Good try for Briscoe...Almost made the top 20. Finishing 23rd are Stewart Haas numbers.A sequence of sentences....most of which are the same BS as usual.
Your boy was stellar as usual. Poor Richard hadn't stained his Chevy hat with the hair dye yet, so there's that.I made them shorter hoping you could grasp them easier. Good try for Briscoe...Almost made the top 20. Finishing 23rd are Stewart Haas numbers.
I think they got some on the tires. They need to keep Childress out of the garage.Your boy was stellar as usual. Poor Richard hadn't stained his Chevy hat with the hair dye yet, so there's that.
Legal eagle. Getcha some!According to the panel, no rules were violated.
Ergo: no penalty can be applied.
100%....and he is only going to get better. Love his appreciation for his manufacturer, and absolutely love that James has a driver now who gives a **** and doesn't whine. Chase is exactly what I thought he was, and I couldn't be happier to see him in the 19.Chase Briscoe has quietly put together a fantastic season. He has 7 top 5's and 9 top 10's, and as we all know, won at Pocono.
He isn't always dominating but has been very consistent. For now, it is his best season of his career, which shouldn't be a surprise, he's piloting a JGR car.
I think he has met expectations at the very least. A few more wins would go a long way, but I consider his first year at JGR a success.
He’s proving he can elevate his game with experience and a good crew. Funny how things work out in life. One minute he’s working for his racing idol, making tractor commercials with him….next minute the team is liquidated. I am glad JGR got a quality character person to put in the 19. No more Hamcraps or pouty Kyle types need apply. Even Ty Ty seems to be catching on in his evolving maturity.100%....and he is only going to get better. He is easy to like, and it is awesome to listen to him on the radio. James' input is appreciated, and the collaboration is awesome. Small is now getting a fair chance at coming out from behind Pearn's shadow because he has a driver that doesn't wish he was Cole Pearn.....and a driver who isn't inconvenienced by a car that isn't perfect or looking to blame somebody for something as he shows up only when he has to.He’s proving he can elevate his game with experience and a good crew.
