:D Looks like we have some Tight battles for position! I don't think Smoke and DP have checked out on us yet, RobB, Me, Racer8 and StewieFan are comin after Yall. Wilson and FB are beatin on each other, Klem and Blaze are neck n neck with 17D sneaking up the back! :D

I think that it's just about anyone's game if their picks play out. By picking him last, I was able to make a huge jump last week with Kyle Busch's engine woes. I felt he was going to have a bad week. Not because of engine issue. Only because of being further scrutinized by NASCAR/sponsors/fans. However it was to play out, it worked.

I'm glad that you liked playing this Chase for the Cup game. I was looking to create something that didn't interfere with Spikes game but still allowed for newer members to join in. I had hoped that more would have participated but maybe next year if you all would like to come back? Then again, they were probably just intimidated by the competition that they would have been facing. :D
 
Yeah, DP, you got lucky with Kyle. He had a great run going (42nd to 3rd) and was not going to earn you many points. And as for me, what happened with Newman's vibration? I thought for sure that that would become an issue...

Oh well, at least I got the winner right! :beerbang:
 
Best: Carl Edwards - I keep jumping back and forth all week between him and Tony on this. I have to go with my first pick.

Worst: Denny Hamlin - I think Hamlin's a 'head case' and he just doesn't have it at the end of this season. He and Jr. will probably be struggling for this spot.

I was wrestling over the idea to pick Smoke to Win butt was afraid I'd jinx him, worked out fine after after crunching the numbers I realized I could do no better than third so I stuck with what I had.

Thanks again DP for starting and running this game Really enjoyed it and will be sure to be onboard next season!
