Checking very briefly between

i know the feeling kat, we have been getting dumped on for over a week now. I hate the rain. I think we got enough now.
 
We have gotten so much rain here it is unbelievable. I believe they said we set the record for the most rainfall in the month of July. It is fine with me. By this time most years all of our yards are brown and everyone is complaining that we need more rain.

I look at it this way...If it was a couple of months from now we would be under 10 feet of snow about now :eek: .

I'll take the wet stuff over the white stuff any day. Except for Christmas Day of course ;)
 
Well, with the exception of the thunderstorms of thunder and lightening, please accept the rain as a gift! We here in Texas are in desparate need of the wet stuff (be it wet stuff or white stuff). We have been receiving warnings that things are such a tender box, to be aware of grass fires. And the constant 98-102* temperatures isn't helping matters either! :(
 
We need rain bad too. In missouri we just set a new state record for the driest July. Horrible. Our tomatoes are pretty bad this year.
 
Well on the bright side, our garden is doing great! Some of the nicest squash you have ever seen. :)
