Don't waste your money. I'm sitting in the audience at the Greek Theater bored stiff. It's a great bunch of musicians that simply suck all together.
Wow, really? And you're going to see washed up old, same old same old Aerosmith? Frankly, it was one of the best I'd seen. Lots of energy, all original new songs, and the musicianship was great.Yeah, not s'much. I'll be going to Aerosmith in August and Dwight Yoakam next month, both of which I have seen before and both of which I like. I lasted half an hour at Chickenfoot and got up and walked out. Listening to Satriani play a guitar solo the entire song for four songs got old real quick. It seemed like they were trying way too hard. Prolly the worst live performance I've ever attended. I've been to a zillion concerts and that was the only one I've ever walked out on.
so selling more albums makes for good musicianship? Then you must looove Justin Beiber.I must've seen a different lineup than did you.
FWIW, Chicken****, I mean foot, isn't even on local radio stations in the L.A. area. Lemme know when they sell as much vinyl as Aerosmith (don't hold your breath).
Well good for you, have fun watching a band that hasn't made good music in 30 years. (remember, selling albums does not mean the music is good.) The thing is, if a band is making music, and people enjoy it, it's good music whether or not they sell albums for 30 years. I disagree about the weak music, but then again, I think Aerosmith (whom you are apparently going to see for free) has made a lot of weak music over the past 30 years (in fact, I honestly thing their last really strong album was Rocks...)Dude, you're hassling me on my own bash thread. I'm the dumbass that showed up for the crappy concert.
Justin Beeber; no.
You liked Chickenfoot; good for you. I apparently had higher expectations. For the amount of talent in the band, it's pretty weak music.
I do not watch American Idol and never have.
Aerosmith is "washed up"? Let's see if Chickenfoot is on the radio or even selling, for that matter, in 30 years.
If that was the "best" Indy 500 then that is truly sad.
For the record, I didn't waste my money (or time) on Chickenfoot; it was free. I'm not paying for the Aerosmith tickets either but that is a show that I will enjoy.
Pay attention this time; I understand it's difficult but try. Aerosmith is still on local radio, Chickenfoot isn't on the radio at all. There's a reason for that; Chickenfoot sucks and doesn't sell like Aerosmith does. Remain in the minority and be quiet. This is my thread. I wasn't looking for another opinion, I was simply stating mine. Your opinion doesn't matter (to me, and that's all that matters). Start your own Chicken**** thread and stay out of mine.Well good for you, have fun watching a band that hasn't made good music in 30 years. (remember, selling albums does not mean the music is good.) The thing is, if a band is making music, and people enjoy it, it's good music whether or not they sell albums for 30 years. Still taking the time to reply I see. My opinion must have gotten under your skin.Piss off lame ass bitch.
