This has been all over our local stations. Not sure what happened prior to the video being shot, but looks excessive.

Another rager who can do whatever he wants with a uniform and a badge.

This type of behavior is way out of the norm for CHPs.
This would be what you'd expect from LASD.
Sheriffs Dept. in L.A. has had a history of upper level mismanagement. 6 LASD officers were recently found guilty of obstructing justice at L.A. County Central Jail. LASD needs a serious overhaul. There have been incidences of deputies fighting amongst each other. LASD has recently hired gang-mentality thugs. Central Jail is basically LASD boot camp.

certainly looks excessive........I wonder what set him off. I mean what we don't see.

I don't think it really matter what set him off. He has her on the ground, clearly in control of the situation so why does he have to go all Brock Lesnar on her?

he beat her like a man. takes her to the ground, then begins to pound, what's the worst she could have done in that time period to deserve what she got.

I recently learned of this web site. Some real winners. Wouldn't be so bad if they received the same treatment and punishment as you or I. But in most cases nothing.

Maybe she left her dog in the car
