Roush signed him to drive the 60 full time next year. I watched him in arca and nationwide this year, I think he's the real deal.
Carl won 24 NNS races from 2008-2011.. running in every single race except 1 in all 4 years... I'll give him that the past couple years he has entered a lot less cup guys.. but I think its only because Carl had a bad season and Travis Pastrana decided to waste everyone's time. One of the things I actually like about Roush - a major Cup organization with an entirely developmental Nationwide program.

Although I do think it's great that they're bring Chris to the Nationwide Series.

Carl and Biffle ran no races this year, Stenhouse ran only once at Texas.
Looks like a full development program to me.
