In an era where pro players sign balls with sharpies ect. I find coach Gagliardi very refreshing. He's 8 wins from the all-time record. But if you ask him, he'll tell you it could take 8 years to get there. Then again his teams have averaged over 10 wins a year for many seasons. He's a Division 3 coach who doesn't cut anyone from the team and finds ways to play just about everyone throughout the season. That can be a challenge when you have 150+ players. His practices have always been no contract. The Gagliardi Trophy is the Division 3 equivalent of the Heisman Trophy. Just another way of showing how important he is to the game.
