On a recent trip to the UN, Colin Powell was asked by an Iragi newspaper reporter if it was true that only 13% of young Americans could find Iraq on a map.

Powell ackowledged that it was true.

Then he added, "The sad news for Iraq is that those 13% are all
US Marines!"
