Any Notre Dame fans here? :) I'm sure those Michgan fans are happy, but why? Oh yeah, they beat somebody finally. But of course, who is ND?

Oh, and you Longhorn fans, you gotta take a deep breath on that game. My Sooners took another patsy to the cleaners. I think the loss to Boise State got to them. My only hope is that they continue with the good teams.

Gonna watch the Trojans take on the Huskers tonight. I figure that it'll be a good game with the Trojans on top at the end, but if they have their chests all pumped out, thinking that this is just another game, those Huskers just might slap them. Here's hoping... :)

What happened to UCLA? Maybe there are a bit overrated just as Michigan was. Another Division 1-AA putting on a big whooping to the big boys. Any given Saturday...

Louisville has an uphill battle now, but it's early in the game and they can make needed changes.

Fergy, Bama is doing their thing. Hope they can hang on for the win.

Sorry to you Tennessee fans. Them Gators are tough and are the defending champs.

Ohio State and Winsconsin fans, all I can say is you better watch out for mighty Penn State. One of my old favs Iowa just couldn't get ahead of cross state rival Iowa State.

Wish I could watch it along with the USC/NU game is the ACC game of Boston College vs. Georgia Tech. Me thinks that these two teams will be the power houses of the ACC. I believe that VT is very over rated.

As for my home state, the Tarheels lost in a close one at the end, defending champs Wake Forest finally got a win over Army and State (NCS) is winning over another patsy. Just goes to show you that North Carolina is not a football state, though they want to think they are. Well, with the exception of Appalachian State. Looks like they had a tougher fight with Northern Arizona than Michigan...well maybe not, but NA wasn't ranked #5 overall either. :)

My Miami Hurricanes won but they played FIU, an inter-city rivalry but far from a real competitive team. I've always watched and rooted for Notre Dame, our family followed them from years ago and their games against Miami in the 80s with Rocket Ismael were good. But wow, what a pathetic team of late... There was atleast 1 upset today, Utah big over UCLA, but the night is young and there is the potential for more. Texas was lucky. And damn Florida is good!

Florida CRUSHED the opposition! 59-20 or something like that.

Joiner kissed Tebow on the cheek in celebration of a good play. What the h**l is that??!!

Badgers beat the Citadel Bulldogs 45-31

Alabama beat Arkansas!!!!! :beerbang:

After giving up a 21-0 lead then winning on the last play.....

No more of those games please. Just keep the lead and my blood presure down...:beerbang:

It going to suck that Florida and LSU have to play each other in a conference title game and not the national championship game. They are the cream of the SEC right now and probably the two best teams in the land.

I think Penn State will sneak up and surprise a lot of people...probably the best team in the We Can't Count Conference...(The Big 10 with 11 teams..:D )

Unfortunately I think that USC will be in the title game. Whether or not they deserve it, I don't know yet. Florida and LSU both look really good right now. But USC looks really good too and they are already ranked #1. Also don't forget about West Virginia, they have a great running game and a very good aggressive defense.

Not that I have any delusions of National Championships dancing in my head for this years team, but the Buckeyes looked really good against Washington.

Washington is a good team with a really good QB and they were playing at home. OSU was down 7-3 at halftime, but just dominated the Huskies most of the second half and showed that they were clearly the superior team.
