No. 9 Oklahoma State at No. 2 Texas Tech.

Texas Tech played their guts out last week and it took a miracle pass and catch to win over the Longhorns. Graham Harrell and Michael Crabtree are big time playmakers for TT.

I am picking an upset in this game OSU 38 - TT 35.

IDK, Harrell said UT should have know not to leave him 1:29 on the clock. That it was more than enough time for them to march down the field and score. Confidence or over-confidence? Either way Mack should have milked the clock better.
As to OSU vs TT, this could be a good game. Can the OSU D step up and stop Harrell? If he has a performance against them like Texas you can mail in the Heisman voting.

I'm not really sure who will win this game. But, I can tell you that I really hope Texas Tech wins this and every other game for the rest of the season. I was so impressed with their energy, determination, speed and coaching last week that I am now a fan of theirs.

I don't think this game will be as high scoring as some believe. OSU's defense did a great job on the almighty UT and could do the same. Also, this time all the hype has been put on TT and it's OSU that is working out the details without the hype. If TT gets off to a big start, then it could be Katie bar the door for the Cowboys, but then again, if Mike Gundy brings the boys out of the tunnel with a mean yell, it could scare the Red out of those Raiders. :)

BTW, just because I'm an Okie doesn't mean that I will pull for OSU. While I hope they win this game, it's only because of the big picture.

Iowa upsets Penn State, and with LSU and Alabama tied, the BCS rankings could really get mixed up if TT loses to OSU (OK) tonight.

BTW, the Sooners are blowing away Texas A&M. :beerbang:

I loved seeing Penn State lost to Iowa. I never have been able to stand Joe Paterno. And with that loss and Florida State beating Clemson today. Bobby Bowden is now only 1 win behind "JoePa Shortpants" for all-time wins. :beerbang:

Texas Tech stomped Oklahoma St ---- 56 -20 --- Tech QB threw 6 TDs.

Tech handed the Cowboys a TD in the first 2 minutes of the game, then put on a clinic.
Outcome was never in question.

Tech has next weekend off --- then they face Oklahoma --- in Norman, OK.

That game will have all the marble written on it. It's funny how the system works, but if OU can beat TT, there will be a tie between UT, OU and TT for the Southern conference and the winner would be OU...if it continues to be ahead of UT in the "human" polls, not the BCS one. I would venture to say that if OU does beat TT, the pollsters will put them ahead of UT. But that is a couple of weeks away and who knows what will happen. One thing is for certain and that it the Red Raiders are in control of their own fate. After watching them play a couple of games, it wouldn't hurt my feelings to see them go all the way to the title game and win, even as a huge OU fan.
