I could not be any happier right now. Way to go DJ! :beerbang:

Oh and way to finish the race Kyle Petty!

Have anything productive and intelligent to provide? Probably not.

The only thing that ticked ME off was the network concentrating on Kyle's spin instead of the finish of the race. I felt for Kyle, but was thrilled for DJ and Crew.

Not the majority of 15 year olds that I know. Not even old enough to have a driver license yet either!

DEI fan, hate is such a strong word. Especially when you most likely have never even met DJ face to face.

Better DJ than "Mr. Bumper Car". Good Job and way to know your car, DJ.

glad that DJ won one....and i was happy to see Kyle able to make it back to the finish line.

Congrats to DJ on his win. Congrats to Kyle making it to the line and Congrats to Kurt on finishing 8th.

Even my 12 year old knows not to say something so well, sorry, but dumb. You'd think a 15 year old would. i'm just glad everyone made it through that race ok.

What a great race for a DJ fan and a UPS employee ... that would be me, by the way.

DID I TELL YOU I WAS THERE???

I all seriousness, I hope that this is an indicator of the future. Getting Todd Parrot back could be a big help. We had the in-car radio yesterday when I was at the race seeing DJ win and he apparently has a new spotter, too. This guy would let Dale know everything that was going on! "You're 3 wide. You're in the middle - the 25 is high and the 9 is on the bottom." Really good stuff! I had the Track Pass last year and their radio was so boring that I didn't even get it this year!

Eddie D'hondt replaced Bob Jeffries as spotter when Todd took over. Eddie is more of a motivator or shall we say cheerleader in addition to his spotter role.

OK, I waited until Thursday to speak my mind on Jarrett winning. And, I watched the race again last night. While I'm not unhappy to see DJ win it does beg one question. Last year and this year DJ couldn't get on TV even if he bought time. Yeah, occasionally they would show his car if he was far enough up and they were going thru the drivers. Or he was in a wreck or something. But, look at the amount of exposure he got during the race Sunday. It was almost as if the Announce team knew something. For a minute I thought Benny's Alzheimers had become infectious and they thought his DJs last name was Earnhardt or something.
Actually, I think UPS may have been upset over their exposure vs the amount of money they are spending, esp. as a NASCAR sponsor, and the fix was in. It's hard to think that but I'll be looking for other evidence in future races.

You have got to be kidding me. The fix in a restrictor plate race? Oh I know, he must have been slipped a special one. Sheesh.

OMG, I thought the special plate BS was JR only, I might understand the concern if he totally dominated the race but dam dude that comment is way off the wall

Maybe, and I not saying this as a slam at DJ. But, tell me why DJ got an enormous amount of face time for this race when he hasn't gotten much in races past.
I guess the cynic in me sees that where large amounts of money are involved, namely the check UPS writes to NASCAR, that sometimes things are not always on the up and up.
Cheating in sports is not unheard of. People can go along if they are convinced its for the betterment of what they are doing. And, you don't really need all 43 teams in the know.
