Congratulations Kyle Busch

The way he raced Truex was awesome. If it wasn't for the yellow though, that 9 car had everybody covered.

Kyle raced smart and saved a little tire for the end. Nice race. Kez has to be kicking himself for that spin early on.

Kyle Busch now has 27 career Cup wins. That's sixth among active drivers and 24th on the all-time wins list.

He didn't pit during a caution, I think he ran his tires bald and it caught up to him.
Actually , Kyle said in his interview that he and his crew chief snookered Ambrose by waiting until Ambrose was past the pit road entrance before they made the call to come in.The gamble worked big time.

I'm soo glad Kyle won it, I was rooting for him all day. No Ambrose around to start any crap today....

Black helicopter..ESPN focused on his grill, waking up him and his crew chief, otherwise he would have burned it up.

I'm by no means a Kyle Busch fan. In fact I can't stand him, but he can wheel a race car. You have to give credit where credit is due. Great race.

He wouldn't have won if Brad K or Truex had any gonads, that was the perfect payback time and they wussed out.

Payback for what, exactly?

Door slamming Truex and running him way out in the bus stop. Brad never gave Truex the chance though, and he decided to let Kyle brake check and block for the entire last lap. Maybe he was smart not to give Kyle an excuse to wreck him out of the top 10 just before the chase.

I can't understand why those fans don't have a reverse setting to blow stuff off the intake. It wouldn't take much to get that stuff floating enough to be blown away.

Kez took the high road when they asked him if he was trying to give Kyle the bumper. Said he could have done that, but that isn't the way to do it, that is wrecking not racing and he didn't want to win that way. That's what he said, he took the high road..this week.

And I like his bow to the crowd. It used to be a defiant bow to the booing fans but I don't think there are as many fans booing anymore.

Truex pulled that move twice, running in the bus stop out of line and forcing his way in. first time it worked, he gained a position, second time with Kyle..nope not happening, Kez saw it coming too and he made Truex pay the price. Every restart with Kyle up front was a done deal, he was brilliant on the restarts. Jimmy needs to look and learn. :)

OMG Fender ...I think you might just have something special there . Why not ?

Saved his gear and kept his head...that's the KyBu who could be challenging for the cup.

It normally takes a rookie five years to learn that , Kyle took a little longer , but heh , he's there right ?

If he can keep his head through the chase and accept that he isn't going to lead every lap of every race while always having the best car on the track, he may just be there.

I think he is there, the only one in the group that might have anything for JJ. I think he will finish second or third this year.

Where exactly are you ,Johali?
Perdido Key Fl, I took that picture at Eldora Speedway when we were there for the truck race, there were two on display. Here is the other one.

As I've said before, Kyle's problem has always been the minor league races. It's usually something in either Nationwide or Trucks that triggers his meltdowns.

JJ and Rowdy heading into Homestead as the only two still eligible for the championship would send plenty of fans into a tizzy. I don't think some of them would know what to do.
