If a person can sue the cig. co. for lung cancer. Why can't smokeless tobacco be sued for mouth and throt cancer?

its something like us smokeless set up there stuff in someone else display stop in a stores or something.

I agree it's not right. Warning labels have been on Cig. from the early or mid 60s. But the law is strange at times.

kinda like Vermonts law that attempted sucicide is punishable by death
