Nice job! Also on my list to make before the 4th cookout.

Why are the "M"s upside down???;)

Nice. Built a pai myself, but they're basically just red and blue. How'd you apply the W? Is it a decal? What happens with the smoothness of the borad after you apply it?

What did you guys use for materials? I've got some half inch A/C ply and 1x4 poplar I plan on using. Then a exterior enamel.

Vadirt, six coats of poly over the vinyl decals. I may put 8-9 coats.

SST55, 3/4 in A/C pine Ply, If you use thinner you get some bounce, but alot of people use 1/2" Some people that use 1/2" put a brace in the center. 1x4 for the sides. Mine are made from the "official" plans. Paint, I use Rustoleum Enamel, and then lots of polycrylic (waterbase) 6-9 coats. Polyurathene would turn the white a yellowish color.

Not sure if mine are official or not, but the sides and legs are 2x4, the board is 1/2 ply. Length and width are official though.

How'd you apply the poly, brush or spray?
