It really means he got them to say, yes we will spend tax payer money to test everyone, not free by any-means, trust me we will pay for it. Not saying good or bad, just sayin.

I reside in a tourist town and we usually see a big jump in business around this time with Spring break happening. I do know that most of the hotels were booked, but I don't know how many cancellations there have been. Driving through town, everything seems to be open as expected, but it did seem like there were less people than normal. We'll see what it looks like in a week or two when more locations are on Spring break.
