Clicked on a Yahoo link, "best credit cards for 2014", not interested in obtaining a additional card, just curious.
Got a email from Discover promising the world but what caught my eye is
"All our customer service centers are located in the USA"
Who'da thunk that would become a selling point?

Exactly. It is a good selling point though. At least it is until you call them and get someone in America who still barely speaks English. I've had that experience with Geico for one. The person I talked to said they were in Georgia, I'm pretty sure, but they were pretty tough to understand.

I cannot stand getting "David' from New Delhi who sounds like the Quicki Mart owner on the simpsons.
If I get him I request a American, I am not going to waste my time trying to understand what he says. I'm calling for a reason and if I can't understand them why should I bother? I'll find another company and deal with them.
