A couple of years back we had a homeless guy climb up on one of our well-marked chain link transformer enclosures and as he was straddling the top of the fence he reached over and grabbed the connector bar on top of the transformer. He grounded through his groin area as he was on the chain link fence and was blown off onto the ground. I believe it was 34,500 volts. He was on fire when he hit the ground.
