Cup driver running in Busch

This would be a good race if not for Carl Edwards and Clint Bowyer.

1 thing about it, only 1 driver went home. They don't have the numbers like Cup. If the 8 Cup drivers weren't there there would have been 37 drivers. And by the time you take out the 3 or 4 who just ride until the 1st pit stop would the race be better? Cup drivers show the Busch where they have to step up their game.
I'd like to see the Truck paired with the Cup dates and let Busch go it alone. The Truck needs more fans and maybe if they were at the Cup tracks those drivers would jump into the trucks and leave Busch alone.

the truck fanbase is pretty thin. But as spread apart as the trucks get, i'd be afraid to put fast cup drivers in the field with the rookie truck drivers and put the truck field at 43 entries, because the slower trucks could easily become hazards unless the minimum speed rule percentage got bumped up.

The texas truck race looked pretty darn empty on TV, but at the IRL race it was pretty darn packed.

But a lot of truck drivers are former Cup drivers who have seen faster days. I just think the trucks could use an infusion of talent. Both to fill the stands and to give some competition. And they could easily expand the field if need be since they run fewer trucks.

That was supposed to happen this year but it didn't, the trucks put on the best show IMO.
