Dale Earnhardt Jr. Makes A Dumb Move

How about this opinion...

Kenseth and Earnhardt know a hell of a lot more about safe racing than that Jackass Doug Kramer knows about journalism.

I guess any idiot with a keyboard can write an editorial :)

Junior admitted he made a mistake & that was refreshing considering most drivers just point the finger at someone else. Harvick would have used his same old..."he checked up & I couldn't get off of him" excuse. I had a bigger problem with the accuser. I mean, Vickers ??? Does he really think he has room to bitch about "being smart" with all of the crashes he has singlehandedly caused in the last year ??? He's a freakin idiot on the track 95% of the time !!. P.S. I'm not a junior fan, just thought he showed some class admitting he made a mistake.

Lil'E is not exactly my favorite driver and I relish any wreck that takes him out early in a race but the article is foolish, IMO.

I'm not exactly a Jr fan, nor am I a Jr. basher but I too thought this guy came on a bit strong. Wonder if this guy gets paid for the HS. LOL

Are you sure it's not Mulhern?

I'm far from Little E's biggest fan, but I thought he handled himsef very well.

so according to this article....every wreck that happens a driver should be penelized....it was a racing accident...jr fessed up and said he was sorry which is more than what you'll get from most of those drivers.....i think this guy went over the top....he acted like Jr went out there and took those drivers out on purpose....Jr paid for his mistake..he ruined a race car and finished 42nd...thats punishment enough for a team thats supposed to be a title contender.

Not only that, but I think Jr cars about his fellow competitors and it matters to him what guys like B.Lab and Rudd think. I'll bet he went and faced them too and that's probably a pretty big punishment in itself.

he said that he was sorry and that is good enough. like u said he didn't go pointing the finger at someone else. he did an interview on ESPN news the next day that he talked about how u are always worried about were other guys are and u are trying to look for them. well then when u look back out the front you are about to hit the wall. there is really nothing u can do. plus every driver has done something like this once of twice.

wow, ok, so... that means that half that feidl should have been fined or sat down to touching other cars then. cuz this guy understands that the crews work shouldn't be hindered by racing. Less just randomly select a winner each week, and save the crews teh work. and then, god for bid, an "accident" should happen. Especially one that involves a vetrean driver! OMG!!

moron.

i didn't say anything about drivers getting fined or have to not race one weekend because of what happened that weekend

I was referring to the writer of the article.
