Dale Earnhardt Jr. is 32 years old. Insiders tell me he doesn't want to race past the age of 40 and that he is now more concerned about the legacy he'll leave than anything. He wants to win races.......a lot of races in the time he has remaining. He's made plenty of money and he'll get big bucks as long as he's behind the wheel of a race car. My sources also tell me that he doesn't feel that DEI has the personnel or the cars to get him where he wants to go
