Dale Jr. stops by before the big race with new NASCAR products featuring a die-cast replica of his special 2003 car.

Tonight - 8:00 pm est. QVC

Cool..thanks for the heads-up!! Gonna try to get a Bud 1/24 tonight. I have a feeling they might be hard to get if Jr wins the 500, even though Action probably made about 150,000 of them.

Also, check my thread about the 2003 Chevy Diecast in the Collectibles board.

With just three days left, everyone is gearing up for the first race of the season. Be part of the excitement with this dashing die-cast replica.

Brand new for 2003, the Dale Earnhardt Jr. 2003 Budweiser Chevrolet Monte Carlo has an impressive new body style and paint scheme that's fantastically rendered in this die-cast car. The 1:24 scale Monte Carlo has an opening hood and trunk; manufacturer-specific engine detail; an intricate and realistic interior and trunk compartment; high-quality paint; and tampo-printed graphics. Set to debut in Daytona, FL on Sunday, February 16, the first-time paint scheme also features a #3 stripe on one side and a letter E stripe on the other side as a moving tribute to the life and career of his esteemed father.

Measures 8-1/2"L x 3-1/4"W x 2-1/2"H.

A total of 105,248 cars were produced. The Limited Edition of 37,000 also includes an Inaugural Legacy Medallion--a serially numbered, 1-1/2"Diam solid bronze medallion that features the name and bust of Dale Earnhardt Jr. in his cap and sunglasses on the obverse, and his number, replicated signature, vital statistics, and championship information on the reverse. Includes a Manufacturer's Certificate of Authenticity.

I saw that today as the Special Value. Looks cool. I only have one problem with For Race Fans Only. That is that they need to show more of the other drover. If its just the die-casts or T-Shirts. Drivers like Petty, Benson, Craven, Blaney, Skinner, Bodine, etc....
