Well, Danica Patrick will join the Coca-Cola family in NASCAR. She will have an endorsement deal with Coke Zero now. This official announcement will be made at Charlotte Motor Speedway today. This will kick-off big during the Coca-Cola 600 this year. She will be doing promotions for this brand. She will also do promotions with Brooklyn Decker(actress) at this race to promote the new movie "Battleship"

She just keeps getting the big sponsors. I guess I am going to have to stop drinking Pepsi Max now and start drinking Coke Zero...
 
Chugging for bucks. Ever wonder why they always have a gulp of whatever in a after race interview? Supposedly several thousand a chug.

Thanks for making me smarter today. For some reason I couldn't get a clothes iron, as in ironing clothes, out of my mind and that's why it made no sense. I guess that's what happen when you get older, things you knew get replaced by things you know. o_O

from my understanding it is points. For every chug they get points. At end of season driver with most points wins money for their charity.
 
My grand dad had some great ones, too bad I can't repeat them here on the forum. :)

btw I'm sitting here LMAO remembering him, to say he had a way with words is a understatement.

Yes sir they lose alot in editing ;) my Granpa had sayings for everything and a nickname for everyone ( thats where flash came from ) always grinning and laughing. Shame there just aren't many of those "Colorful Characters" around anymore, Damn PCness.

This comes from back in the day when IRONS were just making it into people's houses. The wife would get the iron hot and pick it up and start to run it over the clothes. Then the husband Strikes from behind! The whole time she can't put it down, because it's hot. Thus, strike when the iron is hot was born.
