Danica Patrick has just "formally" announced from GoDaddy's headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona that she has just signed a deal with Jr. Motorsports in the Nationwide Series for the 2010 season in the #7 car with a limited schedule.

February 6th, Danica will run in the ARCA race at Daytona. She will be testing at Daytona in an ARCA on December 18th-20th. Tony Eury Jr. will be her crew chief.

Ive known about her going there for some time now and Im finally glad all these questions, doubts are over.

I got tired of being asked all these questions and being harassed about it all the time.;)

lol.

I pretty figured she was going. I just glad its out now. I'll be pulling for her to do good.

Here is her Nationwide Car...

It was obvous from the start of these rumors that this was going to happen.
When you hear racing rumors, and owners and drivers say "NO" that means yes.

I have mixed emotions about this annoncement. A part of me wants her to do well and the other part of me is a little sad because in three or four years Jr will no longer be the most popular driver. :D

Well I'm glad that's done now. Now we can get on to the racing part of the deal in about 2 months.

I can't wait to see her fail miserably. I hate her.

I have to ask why you "hate" her?

I think she will bring some good things to the sport. I also think her learning curve will be a little longer than some of the other open wheel racers that have come to stock car racing but that is just my opinion.

Please elaborate.
