Cars are set up for the cooler night air. Green track with no rubber. Should be an interesting first few laps...

Where is everyone today? Anybody watching race or is everyone outside enjoying the weather?

Hell yes! I'm not a Chevy guy but I was pulling for Jeffy for sure. No doubt why this guy has more championships than any other active driver. I believe this is Gordon's year again. Great finish.
Poor Denny got mauled by his own pit crew.
Congrats to Jeff and the whole 24 crew, nice call staying out.

More NASCAR bull...

Why didn't they throw the yellow knowing Hamlin would get by Jeffie on a restart?

Andy, me thinks that you'd be happy if no one but your driver was on the track. You are so full of sour grapes. Need to get rid of them and have a good time. Life is too short to be so negative.

The beginning of this race sucked, no action, but the end was good.
Nice comeback by the 99 guys, wrong call by the 48 guys, poor Denny was the class of the field too bad his crew hammered him in the pits.

And just WHY did they need to throw the caution?????

Do you need a little whine to go with your sour grapes???

I gotta agree.
No damn caution. Haven't there already been enough cautions at the end of the race so far this year? Nice call by the officials (finally).

Didn't get to turn the tv on until there was only 90 laps to go. Didn't get to watch much, just listen. Sounded like it was pretty ho-hum until Jeff's engine started overheating.....and won the race on what looked like steam. :beerbang: :bounce:

Nice 8th place finish for Jr. too! Especially after all that has transpired with him since Thursday!

Lil'E should have pitted. Maybe then all those guys wouldn't have got around him with fresher tires.

;)

Brilliant call by Letarte. It not only got Jeff the lead but probably saved the car from blowing up from overheating. I thought that, without the overheating problem, that Gordon had the car to beat today. Gordon is driving with a mission this year.:)

They threw the caution when a car blew up with like 15 to go but not when The 38 blew up?

You know Hendrick motor sports must be close nit with fat ass france

First there was an accident and debris all over the track. Either they needed to throw that caution or they didn't need to when Ragan spun ON THE APRON (which screwed Stewart).

Then the 38 blew up.

I just want some god-d consistency and it seems their inconsistencies are helping Gordon.

Fine, Phoenix was legit. So was Richmond. Talladega and Darlington were not.
