I finally caught Trackside last night and, from a distance, thought Darrell was Stacy Compton! He looked very strange in that beard and moustache, kind of like a porn star. Yuck!

Whats cookin today?I am thinkin of making a Prime rib roast.The meat market across the street has some good looking cuts this morning.My slimfast is wearing off fast.I drink it mostly to get the calcium,and viatamins that are robbed from drinking a few beers at night.Can't beat a Slimfast Viagra chaser.

I've had a bad cold the last couple of days so I'm not making anything too fancy this weekend. Went out last night and bought a bunch of random groceries, including fixins for Steak Frites (Texas-rubbed ribeye steak and homemade fries), tortellini soup (will probably make that tonight), chicken cutlets with sauteed spinach & garlic, or a pizza margherita! Can't decide which of these I'll make for Sunday. None of them make sense in terms of racing in Charlotte.
I hear you on those Slim-Fasts. I drink Nutrament shakes for the same reason -- a meal substitute. I like not having to think about what I'm eating sometimes (especially when my meal is a nasty Nutrament shake).
