One of the most beloved guys in the sport of drag racing....Darrell Russell has passed away at age 35 in a tragic accident at St. Louis Raceway Park. You were honestly one of my favorite drivers and you will be sorely missed by us all in the drag racing community. I myself am a drag racer, and we know the dangers of getting in that car, that we may not come out. This is for you Darrell. Keep your hand over my car on every pass down the strip. I love ya buddy.
