I was shocked to read this story. First off, I thought the guy was dead, then I see this picture of him still alive. THEN the article says that he is alive. The word "electrocuted" means "KILLED". To electrocute someone is to kill them. Where did this journalist come from? But then again, todays, words don't mean things anymore.

When your brain is already fried from drugs, why not the rest of you?
I'm familiar with this part of western Virginia. Doesn't surprise me as drug use is very heavy here. And if you need money for drugs, you do a lot of stupid things.
