Blaney to the #4? from FoxSports/Larry McReynolds: rumor has it that Dave Blaney may be moving to Morgan McClure [#4] since Penske reportedly has bought the Jasper car. It sounds like Kodak may go to the 4 car [I think he meant #77], and Truck Series driver Brendan Gaughan will go to the new Penske ride. Penske also is thinking of changing the number on that car. I think they were talking about #72 to go with the #2 and #12 cars. When you think about it, it's going to be a completely revamped team with a new owner, a new driver, a new sponsor, a new number and a new manufacturer because now it's going to be a Dodge. And obviously there will be a new crew chief too [Shane Wilson] ]because Bootie Barker left there last season, and they never really replaced him for the final few races. I don't know if you can say anything will be the same.(FoxSports)(12-23-2003)

I thought Morgan-McClure already said that Lepage had the ride for 2004? Kevin had some decent runs in that car towards the end of the year.

About aweek ago someone on another board got this in their newsletter from Winston Cup Scene.

LEPAGE LISTED AS MORGAN-MCCLURE DRIVER
A roster issued by Morgan-McClure Motorsports this week is listing Kevin Lepage as its driver and Kodak as an associate sponsor for the 2004 Nextel Cup season. Lepage, a 41-year-old Vermont native with a lengthy Busch Series resume, finished out last season as the driver for the team, which had started the year with Mike Skinner behind the wheel, but no official announcement about a driver has been made. Kodak had been the team's longtime primary sponsor but is widely expected to move its primary support elsewhere. Tim Brewer is listed as crew chief and team manager, and Runt Pittman is listed as head engine builder in the roster issued this week.

If that's the best he can do for a ride, he'd be better off going back to USAC for a year or 2
