I slept in and missed the Turkish GP but Indy 500, Coke 600, a few cold beer and some steaks on the BBQ...I know what I'm doing for the rest of the day.

How about the rest of ya's?

Going to a state park then a round of golf...Racing can be recorded to be viewed at night.....We don't get many summers in our lifetime, so I make the most of them

No, I suppose we don't but we do get the same number of Indy 500's.

Enjoy your round of golf and remember to keep your temper as no one else wants it :)

I am with you, watching Indy and Charlotte all day with a few beers and cooking some burgers on the grill

You missed a heck of a race with the F1 race, hope the rest are a s good. I'm watching most of Indy, but then headed to a dirt track for a rare Sunday night race.

Just my luck...I usually watch the F1 races and find them sometimes not all that exciting but I didn't get in until 6:00 a.m so I thought I'd get some rest

Anway, enjoy the dirt tracking.

I hate seeing Bobby Labonte run like this.

I have to agree, I noticed he has been running slower than Kevin Conway I think he needs to retire soon each year he slides down to a worse team.

He was in the 18 won a title, went to the 43 was competitive but not a winning team. Then he ended up going to the 96 team had 1 or 2 good runs but the team ran out of money. Now this 71 car isnt even competitive, next year if he is still around he will end up resorting to field filling if not this year.

He's basically already field filling. :/

The 48 caution strikes again.

Too bad for Kyle. Knocked the car out of alignment.

Steaks go on a grill, not a BBQ.

I myself smoked some ribs and sitting down to the Endurance race called the World 600.

I'm not sure Kyle did anything wrong but I like seeing Jeff show some passion :beerbang:

Yup. That place is waaay underrated as far as racing goes

Racing's usually great. The touring series races (MACS, Steel Block Bandits) made me pull my hairs out. Crashes literally every single lap.

But the local racing program is awesome!!! I can't wait 'til I move back down to Southern Maryland. Only things up here in Baltimore are stick and ball sporting events.

My DVR has a much needed break today after some marathon recording this weekend. Here's what it was recording this weekend while I was fufilling family obligations:

Turkish Grand Prix (should have been Monaco)
Indy 500
World 600
Nationwide @ Charlotte
V8 Super Cars
Grand-Am @ Lime Rock (yay!)
